Learn a little more about me before our first session?
A few words about my approach
- I began studying psychology out of sheer curiosity, driven by a strong need to understand.
- While studying at the University of Lyon, alongside another professional activity and my athletic career, I naturally became a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, earning a Master’s in “Psychopathology and Clinical Psychology.” In Switzerland, I am an FSP psychologist.
- Today, I enjoy supporting you during the key moments of your life.
- I work with children, adolescents, and adults along their life journeys. I also welcome couples and families.
- My approach is to understand your situation as precisely as possible, so we can co-create a path of solutions that aligns with who you truly are.
- I draw much inspiration from Carl Gustav Jung’s theories to understand human nature and Mony Elkaïm’s systemic therapies to comprehend social interactions.
- Together, we can decipher the hidden meaning behind the challenges you’re facing, extracting valuable insights to initiate a healthy, liberating transformation.
A few words about my background
- I previously worked at a Child Mental Health Center in Haute-Savoie, as well as in a school in Malaysia.
- Alongside my professional activities, I trained in systemic therapies, consciousness activation therapies, Jungian theory, alchemy, art therapy using mandalas, and meditation.
- I then decided to open a psychology practice in Nyon, Switzerland, in the canton of Vaud.
- With this background, I offer consultations for adults, children, couples, and families, either in person at my Nyon office or via video consultation.
- As a traveler and polyglot, I have worked with adults and children from a wide range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Having previously been a world-class off-piste skier, I maintain a special connection with the mountains and nature in general.
- I have recently published two books :
-
- “Hors-Piste” , which presents concrete, real-life examples of an educational approach adapted to children through alpine skiing, a discipline I am particularly passionate about.
- “The 10 Hidden Qualities of Our Most Sensitive Children” , published by Éditions Jouvence. This book offers an original and poetic way to view sensitivity in ourselves and our children.
- To enhance my consultations with you, I continue to train regularly and expand my practice and perceptions, ensuring that everything we work on makes sense for both you and me.
